| What was your first job?
I grew up in Switzerland. The local farmers would pay the local kids to work in their fields. So I worked in the beet fields picking beets. It was super easy. Since they grow in the ground u just sit on ur ass all day. That's my kind of job.

I don't think this industry is tough at all. The job it self is a cake walk.
My important lesson would be to do better research of the people u bring on to your team. U can't do this alone.
