This is a big one for us! Nikki Nova is one of our all time favorite adult models, so it blows our mind that she is doing an interview for us. Nikki started her career in the adult entertainment industry in the mid 90s, and was soon one of the biggest names in the business. We still consider the mid 90s to early 2000s as the golden age of adult entertainment, and Nikki played a huge role in that era. | What was your first job?
Technically babysitting and yard work. I mean I've been earning a living since I was 12. haha
How and when did you get into the adult industry?
The mid 90's when I was performing a burlesque show at midnight for a celebrity hang out hot spot and was originally discovered by a french fashion photographer to shoot for a french entertainment magazine that happened to have toplessness in it. Not considered "adult" over there but here it would be simply because I was topless. That same night at that same place a scout found me that brought me to Suze Randall and the rest is...well...the rest. lol
If you had not joined the adult industry, what do you think you would be doing now?
Definitely something in the creative field. I had already attended design school and am an artist by nature. I just couldn't afford the cost of tuition to complete school and even if I was able to come up with it I would still be working 3 jobs at the same time as I was when I was still attending and it was just impossible to maintain. I do still paint but keep it private and I write for a few different magazines and I also just started art directing as well for fashion and commercial lifestyle shoots so steps are already being taken to transition back to what I was distracted from anyhow.
Who is your favorite adult star (past or present)?
I suppose the classics like Marylin Monroe and Betty Page. I can appreciate the more current re-visitation of their classic style by Dita Von Teese. I also think Aria Giovanni is beautiful and most recently discovered a new girl named Viorotica that is both hot, cute and stylish as well. If we're talking hardcore porn....um....I just don't have one. meh.
Do you exercise on a regular basis? What kind?
I intend to..... but I don't. haha. I am REALLY going to start though! haha
Where did you go on your last vacation (not work related)?
Technically just California because I was with my best friend and we just shut out the world for a week and gave ourselves some time off from life. No cells. No computers. No people. It was awesome but not very exotic as far as the location hahaha.
Do you have any pets?
yes I do. I have a cat (siamese) named "socks". My dog Cinder (black lab) passed away a couple of years ago but I haven't gotten another one yet. I am looking as we speak. Every animal I have ever had has been a rescue and my next one will be also

Do you have a guilty pleasure tv show?
yes but I will never tell! hahaha
What is your favorite alcoholic beverage?
I'm not really much of a drinker. Never have been. I have maybe a total of 5 drinks in a years time span but when I do I prefer scotch or a michelada if at a bar or pub but if on a vacation in the sun then either a Pina Colada made with REAL coconut milk or an icy cold Mojito.
What are your favorite brands of jeans? Shoes?
Oh I am the WRONG girl to ask this question to! I am NOT a label whore and I will wear and love whatever fits right and looks good to me..period. That could be a vintage score I find at a thrift store or Target for 20 bucks or something I just gotta have a spend way too much on but it's never about the brand. It's ALWAYS about the style or the fit
Do you have a hobby that would surprise most people?
All of them would probably surprise people simple because people always seem to be so off about what I am really like. Ok here's my hobby list
1). Writing although I also do this professionally
2). Painting
3). skydiving
4). cooking and growing my own vegetables and herbs
5). hiking
6). camping
7). yoga
8). natural medicine
9). spiritual exploration and studying of philosophy, shamanistic practices, tantra, medicinal plants etc
10). travel
11). meditation and energy work
12). Shooting my guns. (I am actually a HUGE supporter of the right to bear arms. It is not only a constitutional right but as a female who lives alone or even at home alone for a brief period of time it truly is a necessity for safety. Many people argue that if all guns were illegal then it would alleviate the problem. WRONG! Drugs are illegal and you see how easy it is to get those. If guns were made illegal then criminals would still find a way to get them and us law abiding citizens would not be able to defend ourselves during a possible home intrusion/break in or even worse, like by a stalker, as so many of us in this business unfortunately have had to deal with)
This could go on for a while so i will stop here. haha
