Happy Thursday! Have you ever done a detox or cleanse? I wanted to try one for 3 days and see how we felt. We cut out coffee, cokes, dairy, bread, sugar, and a bunch of other shit. Last night, I had the worst headache of my life and I went to bed at 8pm and woke up 5 times until I finally surrendered to the Advil.. Then I took a mid morning nap and didnt even finish my work! I hope I start to feel better, I am just assuming it is caffine withdraw. Have you ever had this happen to you??
